The challenge
After completing the leadership development program, the client wanted to sustain the momentum and keep leaders engaged in ongoing learning throughout the year. The goal was to strengthen managerial tools in real time, aligned with evolving organizational needs.
Solution
We designed a flexible series of short, focused "learning boosters" up to 2 hours each, spread. across the. year. Each session dives into a relevant leadership theme, blending practice and reflection. Participation was open and dynamic: leaders joined the session based on their interests and current challenges, allowing for authentic, need-driven engagement. The series also. offered exposure to advanced topics not covered in the main leadership program. program, creating a continuous development bridge rather than a one-time experience.
Impact
The boost sessions kept managerial learning alive, fostering an ongoing dialogue, building shared language, and deepening trust across the organization. At Gilat, it became a platform for reflection and connection, uniting leaders from Moldova, South Africa, Spain, Bulgaria, and Israel in shared learning moments.
