The challenge

Following a CEO transition and organizational change, Strauss needed a clear, shared definition of leadership. The goal was to capture the company's human worth while evolving toward a bolder modern era.

Solution

We led a focused, two-month process to define what leadership means at Strauss today.

Together with a group of 12 managers from all levels and divisions, we identified the mindsets and behaviors that drive success within the company. These insights were shaped into a clear leadership model, then validated through broad conversations with hundreds of managers from senior executives to team leaders.

The result was a model that looks, sounds, and feels like Strauss, rooted in its culture yet ready for its next chapter.

The model became Strauss's new leadership compass. Inspiring, authentic, and actionable. It unified leadership language and shaped future development programs.
