Build trust, intimacy, and genuine cross-cultural connection, while enabling employees to share and learn from personal and professional stories in a large room format for 450+ participants.
Solution
The Story Capsule experience framed both the opening and closing moments of the conference. It began with powerful stories told by 3 employees, raw, personal, and real, setting the tone for the days ahead. From there, participants dove into their own process: reflecting, writing, and shaping a personal story capsule that captured something meaningful about who they are. The journey culminated in the "Museum of Stories", where 450 employees wore shirts printed with their capsules, turning the space into a living gallery. of courage, creativity, and connection.
