The challenge
When SodaStream, with its entrepreneurial and family-like spirit, joined the PepsiCo family, known for its global performance-driven culture, two powerful worlds needed to become one. The challenge was to bridge differences, build mutual trust, and help leaders and employees embrace a shared cultural identity.
Solution
Together with the client, we led a multi-layered process across all levels of the organization, from. senior management to line employees. the journey. began with open conversations about fears, hopes, and cultural contrasts. It continued with a leadership forum built through experiential sessions, including Grimby's Code that helped leaders surface core tensions around trust, psychological. safety and collaboration. From there, new leadership layers were formed to guide ongoing integration.
