The challenge
eToro aimed to develop leaders who could balance business results with nurturing others' growth by equipping senior leaders with the skills and opportunities to mentor peers, enhancing both personal and professional development across the organization
Solution
The program involved 4 sessions for mentors and 3 for mentees, focusing on skill-building, leadership development, and fostering trust. Sessions included training on mentoring techniques, feedback, and the GROW model, culminating in a collaborative mentoring experience.
